2009-2010 Site Specific Comprehensive Plan Amendments

In 2009 DCD reviewed 18 petitions for site specific comprehensive plan amendments and/or re-zones.
12 proposals were deferred to 2010, to be considered alongside development of other rural policies.

Except for carry-over proposals from 2009 and requests which aid in the resolution of code enforcement issues, DCD is not accepting new site specific comprehensive plan amendment applications in 2010. Re-zones within the same comprehensive plan designation can be submitted any time.

The Board of County Commissioners approved 6 proposals on December 14, 2009. See attached summary matrix.

The applications listed below are on hold, and review will resume in 2010. Updates detailing logistics and schedule for that process are forthcoming. No further action is needed from applicants or interested parties at this time
