General Information

The Manchester Citizen Advisory Committee provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues.
The Council enhances communication between Manchester-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents currently working to improve the Manchester community. MCAC members represent Manchester’s broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

Function and Purpose

This body represents the broad interests of the Manchester Community and is a focus of discussion for the many committees currently operating in the community.
This committee gives the residents of Manchester an avenue for more input and better communication with their Commissioner and County Staff.
