Kitsap County is currently updating Kitsap County Code Title 16 ‘Land Division and Development’. The goal of the update is to create a more streamlined and user-friendly code. This website will be utilized to keep the public informed and up to date about the code re-write and opportunities for comments. Information will be provided on the project itself, updates, announcements and meeting schedules.

Once completed, draft sections of the revised code will be available for download and review. The most effective way to provide comments is to insert proposed changes using the underline /strikeout feature of Microsoft Word, where proposed deletions are struck and proposed language is underlined. To assist in the quick location of the changes, please highlight or change font color of proposed changes.
