Kitsap County is currently updating Kitsap County Code Title 21 ‘Land Use and Development Procedures’. The goal of the update is to create a more streamlined and user-friendly code.

The most effective way to provide comments-- and to minimize second-guessing general comments by staff-- is to insert proposed changes using the underline /strikeout feature of MS Word, where proposed deletions are struck and proposed language is underlined. To assist in the quick location of the changes, please highlight or change font color of proposed changes.
If there are questions about how to use the above-referenced MS tools, please contact staff in the DCD Community Planning section of the Policy and Planning division at 360-337-5777.

Please provide comments on changes to Title 21 by
April 29, 2010.
A schedule of code review will be prepared after comments have been received.
