Inspection request cut off time is 3:00 pm each business day. Inspection requests submitted after 3:00 pm will not be received or added to the schedule until the following business day.

1) Inspection Date  

All inspection requests are scheduled based on availability. Refer to the inspection schedule to view current available dates. To confirm the date your inspection has been scheduled for please check the DCD website at: http://www.kitsapgov.com/dcd/dailyinspect/inspection.htm after 4:30PM.

*If you would like your inspection to take place on a specific date, please note that date in the comments section below. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  Are you Requesting a Final Building Inspection?

A final building inspection is the last step prior to being granted Approval and/or Occupancy of your permitted project. In addition to requesting a final building inspection it is your responsibility to make sure that all permits from other agencies associated with your project are satisfied. If we are notified prior to your final inspection that you have outstanding permits or fees due your final inspection will be canceled.

Here is a checklist you can use as a reference guide:
