FEMA Flood Assistance-Update
Kitsap County, WA -As of today 563 Kitsap
County residents have applied to FEMA for disaster assistance. As the
recovery process continues into long term repair and mitigation, fewer folks
will be needing immediate assistance.
The Disaster Recovery Center remains open
10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. but the office will be closed on Sunday’s starting with
Sunday, January 6th.
Residents can still apply for assistance at
1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or online at www.fema.gov
There is a final debris removal amnesty day
scheduled for Saturday, January 5th and Sunday, January 6th at Olympic View
Transfer Station.

Management will not be assisting residents unable to haul their debris at
this time.
