RESIDENTIAL - All drop off locations have a 10-gallon limit. The HHW Collection Facility does not have a limit, however, if the antifreeze is in anything larger than a 10-gallon container, call ahead to arrange a drop-off time. There is no charge for residential customers at the recycle and garbage facilities or HHW Collection Facility. The only facility to accept contaminated antifreeze is the HHW Collection Facility.
